• Account info: email, username, display name, date of birth (for 18+ verification), and whether you identify as an HVAC pro.
• Content you post: chat messages, memes, reviews, fail submissions, votes, and uploaded images.
• Direct messages and feedback: private messages between users and feedback you send to the owner.
• Technical data: log data, device/browser info, IP address, and basic usage analytics for security and product improvement.

• Operate and secure the Site (auth, moderation, abuse prevention).
• Display your username, avatar, and posts to other users as part of the community.
• Enforce age and conduct rules and respond to reports.
• Communicate service-related notices (account, security, policy updates).

We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) infrastructure providers that host the Site, database, and auth on our behalf; (b) law enforcement when legally required; (c) successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We use cookies and browser local storage for sign-in sessions and basic preferences. You can clear these at any time via your browser settings; doing so will sign you out.

We keep account and content data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and link your posts to a deleted user, except where we must retain records for legal, fraud, or safety reasons.

• Request account deletion by contacting the owner via the in-app feedback form.
• Opt out of non-essential notifications in account settings.

The Site is 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; you use the Site at your own risk.

The Site is operated from the United States. By using it, you consent to your information being processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
